Shipping Policy

  • The saree will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase/order confirmation.
  • The saree will ideally be delivered within 3-10 business days post dispatch. (In the rare case of any further delay, our team will help you in the best possible way.
  • Tracking ID will be shared once the saree is dispatched.
  • Kindly cross-check the contact and address details shared while placing the order, as any changes will be entertained only pre-dispatch of the saree.

Return and Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged items: Kindly take a video before opening the parcel/order and check for damages. If you did receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team and provide them with the order details & the package opening video within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement. If the replacement cannot be arranged, then an exchange of another saree will be offered. If that exchange is not accepted by the customer, then the refund will be provided.

Non-defective and non-damaged: The sarees can’t be returned but exchanged only once per order in case of no damages or defects. The return should be confirmed and sent back within 3 days of delivery or physical purchase. The cost and the responsibility of returning the saree lies with the customer. The saree selected for exchange must be of equal or higher value than the originally purchased saree. The saree should reach us within 5 days of dispatch.

Inspection of saree upon receiving the returned saree: Once the returned saree reaches us, we will inspect the saree (the original fold of the saree should be maintained without damages, etc.). Only once the management approves the exchange/refund (deducting initial delivery charge) will take place, or else the same saree will be sent back to the customer..

Refunds

Defective items: Kindly take a video before opening the parcel/order and check for damages. Please contact our customer support team (Contact@maamara.shop) and provide them with the order details & the package opening video within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a refund or replacement, as per your preference.

Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in returning the item and provide a refund or exchange for the correct item.

Non-delivery: In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate solutions, which may include a refund.

Timeframe for receiving the refund: Post the confirmation of the refund, the order amount minus delivery charges (only in case of return/exchange of non-damaged/defective saree), if any, will be transferred back to your original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your bank/ credit card company in case of online payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, we will share the address via mail, during the communication with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning the items, you should be using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
